Machine Specification

Hofler H630 CNC gear grinder 5 axis, high precision machine

 

Project

To install, Retrofit and upgrade the machine with a new CNC Control, including:

New Fagor 8055 digital Sercos control package

New electrical panel & all new interface equipment

 

*Mechanical overhaul of troublesome Bedslide and          tableslide

*Redesign machine to operate from servos replacing old unreliable hydraulic motor drives on ram control and Bedslide control

*Write all new Machine bespoke software and supply a complete CAD produced documentation package
