To install, Retrofit and upgrade the machine with a new Control Techniques AC servo drive:

 

The X axis motor failed on this machine as it was over 20 years old. All the parts required were obsolete. To keep the machine in production we supplied interfaced and setup a new servo system and the machine was back in production within days.
