1, All service exchange items must be in repairable condition. We charge the full price of the item exchanged until the return unit has arrived and is verified as repairable. CNC Parts returned un repairable will be charged at the manufacturers replacement cost.
2. Drive PCBs, System PCBs and Units are supplied ex-stock, overnight on a service exchange, repair or surplus basis with 90 days warranty. All parts returned unused will be subject to 25% restocking these must be in sealed boxes as supplied ) and 50% testing and restocking charge remains on all other parts that are returned without a fault
3. Our warranty is, return to base for repair, however, if stock is available we may decide to send replacement parts for warranty exchange
